These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia for any disputes arising from your use of the Website.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
